In the second part of the session, I will guide you into a state of hypnosis where you will feel calm and relaxed.
Using the information I gathered earlier, alongside some tried and tested techniques, I will use hypnotherapy to help you release your desire for cigarettes and imagine a compelling future as a healthy non-smoker. I will record this session and burn it to a CD disk that you can use to strengthen your resolve and re-experience the enjoyment of your personal hypnotherapy session.
