Mind Wide Open is a low cost event that gives you an insight into the fascinating world of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching. This is your chance to experience a taste of the full programme and decide whether you would like to take your training further. You will experience a fun and exciting day with lots of opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
The workshop provides an introduction to the essential skills that will get you started as a practitioner in the field of personal development. You will learn about the main features of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching, appreciating the benefits and approaches offered by each speciality.
Workshop content
You will learn what hypnosis really means, why it is easy for anyone to achieve and what makes it a safe and beneficial experience. You will also experience going into hypnosis and will learn how to take someone else safely and easily in and out of hypnosis. Some NLP models for rapid change will be covered and you will also discover the essential skills used for life coaching. You will also have an introduction to Learning Freedom®, the exciting new approach to helping people overcome barriers to learning.
Mind Wide Open is a practical and fun introduction, providing a low cost option to help you decide whether to enrol on the professional training courses.
Workshop fee
The fee for the one day workshop is just £50. Throughout the day, unlimited hot and cold drinks, confectionaries, fresh fruit and a delicious lunch are included free of charge.
