Free telephone consultation
I offer potential clients a free telephone consultation, where we can talk informally and I will answer any questions that you have. It is important to feel at ease with your therapist and a phone conversation will help you to decide whether you want to pursue things further. I do not try to persuade clients to book an appointment when we speak on the phone; I want my clients to choose to work with me for the right reasons.

I reserve the following times for speaking to potential clients, so please feel free to call within the hours below. I will generally pick up the phone and be able to speak to you, but if I am unavailable, I will call you back if you leave a message. Please speak slowly and clearly, particularly when giving your name and number.

I usually respond to enquiries the same day but it may take up to three days during very busy periods. If you have not heard back from me within this time, it is usually because I could not hear your details clearly enough on the answer phone so please contact me again.
